You can use the ccimport command-line utility to import several Cloud Cruiser objects from CSV and the ccexport utility to export them to CSV. You must run both from the <install_dir>/bin directory. For example, C:\Program Files\Cloud Cruiser\bin.

For the details of command-line syntax, display the help for either utility by running it with the -h parameter. For example, enter the command ccimport -h.

For a list of the parameters specific to each object type, run either utility with the -l parameter. You must precede each object-specific parameter with -D. For example:
   ccimport -t user -f users.csv -D defaultUserGroup=admin -D nativeUsers=true

The following table lists each type of object you can import or export along with the value to specify for it in the -t parameter.

Service and rate

For each service imported, you also import rates into a rate plan.
