7. Catch up
past dates
This article explains how to run the collections and flows of a workbook for a range of consecutive dates. You might need to do this to catch up Cloud Cruiser on data from the past after developing a new workbook, or after a period where a collection didn't successfully run.
To run a schedule for a range of dates
- In the Cloud Cruiser Portal, go to Data > Processing > Scheduling.
- Select the schedule containing the job(s) you want to run, and then click Run. For example, if you created a schedule for a workbook as part of the Scheduling jobs to run step of the ETL process, select that workbook from the list of schedules.
A Run Schedule dialog box appears. - In the Select Date field, choose the date against which the scheduled job(s) will run:
- Specific Date Range: A range of time you specify in the Start Date and End Date fields. Use the format
mm/dd/yyyy
unless your locale is not US English. You can also click the calendar icon to choose a date. - Current Day: The day that the job runs, changing with each execution of the schedule
- Previous Day: (default) The day before the job runs, changing with each execution of the schedule
- Current Day Minus 2 Days through Current Day Minus 14 Days: The stated number of days before the job runs, changing with each execution of the schedule
- Click OK.
