Removing port conflicts

If you installed Cloud Cruiser Analytics Server on the same machine as Cloud Cruiser and set them to use the same port, this conflict prevents the Cloud Cruiser service from starting.

To remove a port conflict

  1. Open a command prompt and change to the directory
    If you installed in the default location, this path is C:\Program Files\CloudCruiser\Analytics Server\8.1\bin.
  2. Run the following commands:
    tabadmin set worker0.solr.port <newPort>
    tabadmin set worker0.tomcat.http.port <newPort>
    tabadmin restart
