Signing in with Google

If you already have a HPE Consumption Analytics portal account, you can sign in to it using the credentials for your Google account. This allows you to manage just one password (the one for the external account), a capability known as single sign on (SSO).

To sign in to HPE Consumption Analytics portal with your Google account

  1. Click the sign in with Google account option on the right hand side of the screen:

  2. If the Google account ID corresponding to your HPE Consumption Analytics platform account is shown, click it and skip steps 3 to 8.
    If the Google account ID corresponding to your HPE Consumption Analytics platform account is not shown, proceed to step 3.

For the sake of privacy, the Google account information has been redacted from the following screen captures.

  1. Click Use another account
  2. In the form that opens in your browser, enter your Google user ID (Gmail address or phone):

  3. Click Next
  4. Enter your Gmail password:

  5. Click Next

If you don't have two-step authentication set on your Google account, skip steps 9 and 10.

  1. If you have two-step authentication set on your Google account, enter your verification code in the window that displays:

  2. Click Next

    You will see the message "Please wait while we sign you in with Google", then your default view will display:

If the Google account email you entered doesn't match an existing HPE Consumption Analytics platform account, the following message will display:

In this case, please verify your Google account email, and contact your HPE Account Support Manager (ASM) if necessary.
