Report tables and columns

The following tables are used in persistence of loaded reports. Descriptions of notable columns have been included.

report

The report record for each loaded report contains most of the information about the loaded report, including the name, title, the report template itself and other properties.

report_name

Unique name of the report

report_file

Name of the report file from which the report was originally loaded

report_title

Report title; displayed in the report tree and may also be displayed at the top of reports themselves

report_creator_userid

User ID of the user who initially loaded the report

standard_report

“1” if the report was loaded from the standard report location, “0” if not

hidden

“1” if the report should be hidden from the report tree, “0” if not

design_xml

report_item

Reports are associated with report groups with records in this table.

abstract_report_item_id

Foreign key to abstract_report_item table

report_id

Report ID

report_group_id

Report group ID

report_group_item

Defines report groups for the report tree.

“1” if hidden for the user, “0” if visible

resource_bundle

The resource_bundle record contains a name and the resource bundle itself for a particular report.

report_to_role

The report_to_role record simply maps reports to roles, defining which system roles are allowed to view which reports. The administrator role ID is present for reports which have been loaded as restricted. All other reports are mapped to the default report user role.
