Cloud Cruiser became HPE Consumption Analytics on Nov. 1st. You'll still see the old name in places while we update this site.

Removing port conflicts

Table of contents
No headers

If you installed HPE Consumption Analytics Portal Analytics Server on the same machine as HPE Consumption Analytics Portal and set them to use the same port, this conflict prevents the Cloud Cruiser service from starting.

To remove a port conflict

  1. Open a command prompt and change to the directory
            <analytics_server_install_dir>\8.1\bin
If you installed in the default location, this path is C:\Program Files\CloudCruiser\Analytics Server\8.1\bin.
  2. Run the following commands:
    tabadmin set worker0.solr.port <newPort>
    tabadmin set worker0.tomcat.http.port <newPort>
    tabadmin restart
